To timidly go where many have gone before

Earlier I mentioned that my April Fool's joke had gone bad, as it was requested that I write it up as a tutorial.

The joke has taken a turn for the worse. I've now managed to turn it into a presentation at the OpenSolaris Developer Conference in Prague at the end of June.
